The migratory flow in Spain has increased and undergone numerous transformations over the last decades. Young migrants do not have family support, as it is sometimes non-existent or deteriorated; they have low self-esteem, insecurity and are often stigmatised, as a result of their life process and their past. This work focuses on the need for personality development, focusing on enhancing the social skills of these young people. Welcoming them and providing them with the necessary tools to be able to train and prosper in the future. To this end, we will intervene with the implementation of a series of workshops that enhance and promote their personal skills. The intervention will focus on the city of Jaén, where we will work with a pro-migrant association and with the collaboration of various associations involved in the active participation and acquisition of the social welfare of the most vulnerable groups excluded by society.
