Resumen
El avance en el campo de la ingeniería de tejidos en los últimos años ha abierto la puerta a un nuevo paradigma
en la manera de alimentarse. Con la creación de la carne in vitro, cultivada en biorreactores celulares, nace un
nuevo modelo de negocio en el sector de la alimentación que va a revolucionar el mercado en el futuro cercano.
En este trabajo de fin de grado se expone la creación de una empresa basada en este nuevo modelo de negocio
en el que la carne será cultivada sin necesidad de sacrificar ningún animal. Describiendo todos los aspectos que
darán forma a la empresa, así como la estrategia a seguir para conseguir abrirse paso en un mercado tan
competitivo como es el sector cárnico.
Advances in the field of tissue engineering in recent years have opened the door to a new paradigm in the way we eat. With the creation of in vitro meat, cultivated in cell bioreactors, a new business model is born in the food sector that will revolutionize the market in the near future. In this degree thesis is presented the creation of a company based on this new business model in which meat will be cultivated without the need to slaughter any animal. Describing all the aspects that will shape the company, as well as the strategy to be followed in order to break through in such a competitive market as the meat sector.
