Resumen
[ES]Mediante el presente Trabajo Fin de Máster se pretende realizar la calificación energética de un edificio terciario, concretamente un hotel. En primer lugar se indica el marco normativo en el cual nos hemos basado y se realiza una descripción del edificio y sus instalaciones. A continuación se obtiene la limitación de la demanda energética del edificio mediante la herramienta unificada HULC. Seguidamente se obtiene la calificación energética del edificio mediante el programa oficial Calener GT y se presenta una metodología de mejora, creada por CEDOM, mediante la implantación de un sistema de control inmótico, ya que los programas actuales de calificación energética oficiales no permiten incorporar dichos sistemas. Finalmente se estudia la viabilidad económica de la mejora de la propuesta.
[EN]Through this Master's Thesis it is intended to make the energy rating of a commercial building, namely a hotel. First the regulatory framework in which we have relied and a description of the building and its installations are indicate. Then the limitation of the energy demand of the building is obtained by HULC unified tool. Then the energy demand of the building is obtained by the official program Calener GT and a improvement methodology, created by CEDOM, it is presented by introducing a system of building automation control since the current programs of official energy rating not allow incorporate such systems. Finally the economic viability of the proposed improvement is studied.
