PROYECTO DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE CHARCAS PARA ALBERGAR LA MAYOR DIVERSIDAD DE ANFIBIOS EN LA COMARCA DE ALMADÉN (CIUDAD-REAL)

Abstract

[ES]Actualmente, los anfibios son el grupo de vertebrados más amenazado a nivel mundial, a menudo, sus peculiaridades y sus requerimientos vitales los hace vulnerables ante las amenazas del panorama actual. La comarca de Almadén es una zona especialmente rica en cuanto a biodiversidad, en el caso de los anfibios hay presentes 13 especies diferentes, entre las que destacan 5 endemismos ibéricos (Pelodytes ibericus; Discoglossus galganoi; Alytes cisternasii; Trituru spygmaeus; y Lissotriton boscai) y un endemismo ibero marroquí (Pleurodeles waltl). El “Proyecto de construcción de charcas para albergar la mayor diversidad de Anfibios en la comarca de Almadén (Ciudad Real)” se genera con el fin de mejorar y de conservar este grupo de especies a nivel local. Consiste en la propuesta de construcción de una serie de charcas artificiales que sirvan como reservorio natural de las poblaciones de anfibios de la comarca. Para todas estas charcas se generan diferentes modelos, sus potenciales emplazamientos y un presupuesto realista del costo real del proyecto.

[EN]Nowadays, amphibians is the most threatened group of vertebrates worldwide, often, their peculiarities and vital requirements make them vulnerable to the threats of the current landscape. The region of Almadén is an area especially rich in terms of biodiversity, in the case of amphibians there are 13 different species, among which 5 Iberian endemisms (Pelodytes ibericus; Discoglossus galganoi; Alytes cisternasii; Triturus pygmaeus; and Lissotriton boscai) and an Iberian Moroccan endemism (Pleurodeles waltl). The "Pond construction project to house the greatest diversity of Amphibians in the region of Almadén (Ciudad Real)" is generated in order to improve and conserve this group of species locally. It consists of a proposal for the construction of a series of artificial ponds that serve as a natural reservoir for amphibian populations in the region. For all these ponds, different models, their potential locations and a realistic budget of the real cost of the project are generated.
