The chosen company has been Cepsa, among other reasons because it is one of the biggest energy companies in Spain. Although it is present in almost all the places in the world, Cepsa aims to become world leader and placed in the first position between energy companies and, finally, because it has five very well defined business units. So, we want to consider the following question: Can a company with so much volume manage well its human resources?
