Both students and teachers have had to adapt to virtual teaching, giving rise to a situation full of uncertainties and fears. This is why ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) have played a very important role, since, thanks to these resources, an attempt has been made to resume the rhythm of classes, but has guidance and tutoring been left in the background? Thanks to the research carried out, it has been possible to detect the needs in guidance and tutoring by collecting the perceptions of Secondary Education students about the role played by their tutors, the use of ICT for tutorial action and the relationship established between the tutor and the families.
