OPTIMIZACIÓN Y REDISEÑO DEL SISTEMA LOGÍSTICO DE UNA INDUSTRIA AGROALIMENTARIA

Abstract

Este proyecto consta de un estudio completo para el análisis de una industria agroalimentaria, en concreto de la empresa, Family Biscuits. La primera parte del estudio se compone de una explicación de la industria y lo que le rodea, a nivel global, como a nivel estatal.Se explicará el contexto histórico de ésta industria, desde su fabricación tradicional y artesanal e innovaciones industriales, así como las tendencias y desafíos actuales. Continuaremos enfocados en la práctica del proyecto, centrados en Family Biscuits, realizaremos un análisis de sus principios en el sector y un estuido de sus instalaciones y proceso productivo. La última parte es la parte central, estudiaremos los problemas, puntos críticos en la logística, implementando mejoras para aumentar su rendimiento. Finalmente, realizaemos un análisis económico de las medidas para observar que su puesta en marcha sirva para el fin esperado. Así como un pequeño cronograma de implantación de dichas medidas.

This project consists of a complete study for the analysis of an agri-food industry, specifically the company, Family Biscuits. The first part of the study consists of an explanation of the industry and what surrounds it, at a global level, as well as at the state level. We will continue focused on the practice of the project, focused on Family Biscuits, we will carry out an analysis of its principles in the sector and a study of its facilities and production process. The last part is the central part, we will study the problems, critical points in logistics, implementing improvements to increase their performance. Finally, we carry out an economic analysis of the measures to observe that their implementation serves the expected purpose. As well as a small schedule for the implementation of these measures.
