ANÁLISIS Y OPTIMIZACIÓN DE PRODUCCIÓN Y ALMACENAJE APLICADOS A UNA EMPRESA SUBCONTRATA DEL SECTOR DE LA AUTOMOCIÓN

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto es analizar y optimizar un tipo específico de proceso industrial, recopilando datos de los procesos funcionales y aplicando técnicas de mejora. Hay que tener en cuenta, que el almacenamiento de una gran cantidad de material, puede resultar difícil de gestionar debido a todos los detalles que forman parte del proceso, por lo que es importante contar con un sistema de mejora continua, y contar con personas bien calificadas que trabajen en él. Este trabajo se centra en la optimización general del almacén y sus procesos, así como en el sistema de gestión de stock.

The goal of this project is to analyze and optimize a specific type of industrial process, collecting data of the functional processes and applying improvement techniques. It must to be taken into account, that the storage of a large number of material, could be hard to manage due to all the details that are part of the process, so it is important to have a system of continuous improvement, and to have well qualified people working on it. This work focuses on the general optimization of the warehouse and its processes, as well as the stock management system.
