ESTUDIO ESTADÍSTICO DE OCUPACIÓN EN APARTAMENTOS TURÍSTICOS EN ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fin de grado es analizar la ocupación de los apartamentos turísticos en Andalucía según el número de visitantes recibidos, las pernoctaciones y la duración media de la estancia. Para ello, hemos analizado estadísticamente los datos de las pernoctaciones, los turistas recibidos y la duración media de la estancia hotelera. Estos datos han sido obtenidos del Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía en una encuesta anual que abarca el período de 2014 a 2018. Este trabajo trata de resumir y describir cómo es el turismo a nivel de la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía, analizando la ocupación de apartamentos turísticos, tanto a nivel nacional como de los principales países de la Unión Europea. Para finalizar, los resultados muestran que el turismo nacional (en especial el de la propia comunidad autónoma) y el del Reino Unido son los que mayor uso hacen de apartamentos turísticos en Andalucía. The objective of this final degree project is to analyze the occupation of tourist apartments in Andalusia according to the number of visitors received, overnight stays and the average length of stay. To do this, we have statistically analyzed the data on overnight stays, tourists received and the average length of hotel stay. These data have been obtained from the Andalusian Institute of Statistics and Cartography in an annual survey covering the period from 2014 to 2018. This work tries to summarize and describe what tourism is like at the level of the autonomous community of Andalusia, analyzing the occupation of tourist apartments, both nationally and in the main countries of the European Union. Finally, the results show that national tourism (especially that of the autonomous community itself) and that of the United Kingdom are the ones that make the most use of tourist apartments in Andalusia.
