Gestión del Museo de Jaén como recurso turístico

Abstract

[ES] Con este Trabajo fin de Grado, se pretende poner en valor el Museo de Jaén como recurso turístico referente en la ciudad de Jaén. Para ello se va a analizar su gestión desde distintos puntos de vista tales como la conservación y difusión de su patrimonio. Asimismo, se van a analizar aspectos como la estacionalidad y la afluencia de visitantes que recibe. Por consiguiente, se pretende elaborar un estudio sobre la visibilidad que tiene el Museo en Internet, así como la forma en que se presenta dicha información. Para concluir, se llevará a cabo una propuesta de mejora con el propósito de contribuir al enriquecimiento de sus instalaciones y se finalizará con una conclusión final sobre el objeto de estudio.

[EN] With this Final Degree Project, the Museum of Jaén is pointed out of value as a reference tourist resource in the city of Jaén. For this, its management will be analysed from different points of view such as the conservation and dissemination of its heritage. Likewise, aspects such as seasonality and the attendance of visitors it receives will be analysed. Therefore, it is intended to prepare a study on the visibility of the Museum on the Internet, as well as the way in which this information is presented. To conclude, a proposal for improvement will be carried out with the purpose of contributing to the enrichment of its facilities and will be finalized with a final conclusion on the object of study.
