Según recomiendan un grupo de científicos en una publicación de la revista
Circulation de la Asociación Americana del Corazón, los niños entre los 2 y 18 años deben
ingerir diariamente menos de 25 gramos, sin embargo según el estudio realizado por
“ANIBES” publicado en 2017, el consumo de azúcares totales en este grupo de edad es de 91,6
gramos al día. Por esta razón y para conseguir que disminuya el consumo de azúcar entre
escolares, he realizado un estudio sobre la influencia del azúcar en la salud, analizando los
tipos de enfermedades que causa, como son: diabetes tipo I, diabetes tipo II, diabetes
gestacional, defectos genéticos, enfermedades endocrinas, enfermedades del páncreas e
infecciones; las problemáticas que esas enfermedades derivan, como influye el estado
emocional en su consumo y por último, como poder reducirlo, adquiriendo unos hábitos
saludables tanto nutricionales como de ejercicio físico.
