Las jóvenes manchegas: concordancia entre estudios y puesto de trabajo.

Abstract

[ES] A lo largo de este diseño de investigación, se pretende conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan que una mujer joven, de clase obrera, con estudios superiores, llegue a desempeñar un puesto de trabajo acorde a su titulación. Para ello en primer lugar comenzaremos por cuestionar el término de juventud, después hablaremos del sistema educativo como reproductor de desigualdades sociales, analizaremos el mercado laboral desde la perspectiva de género, ya que el género es un factor que genera desigualdad, para después plantear un proyecto de investigación que nos permita conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan que la parte exitosa de la clase trabajadora, llegue a alcanzar esta favorable posición, es decir, un puesto de trabajo cualificado acorde a su titulación.

[EN] Through this resesarch, I pretend to know more about the facts which determine that a Young women without a high level of life with a degree can get a job connected with her studies. For this, first we are going to start questioning the meaning of younth, after that we are going to speak about our educative sistem as the principal reason of the social inequality, we are going to analyze the work activity from the perspective of the genre. The genre is a generator of inequality. Then I am going to propose a research Project which let us know with are athe factors that determine the success of the people withouth a high level of live can get a favorable job position, I mean a qualificated job connected with their studies.
