Abstract

[ES]En el trabajo de fin de grado que presento a continuación he realizado un plan de negocio, el cual se ha basado en la creación de una empresa dedicada a la prestación de servicios de hostelería. El hotel tiene como nombre el del nuevo rey de España "Felipe VI", está situado concretamente en la ciudad de Jaén, en la calle Bernabé Soriano, junto a la Catedral de la ciudad, en un entorno histórico y cultural importante, con gran potencial para su actividad. Favorecerá la creación de puestos de trabajo en la provincia, y ofrecerá a los clientes un servicio basado en la especialización de lo que de un hotel se espera, el alojamiento.[EN]In the work of the end of my degree that I present later, I have realized a plan of business which has been based on the creation of a company dedicated to the provision of services of housing.
