EL CONTROL DE LA INMIGRACIÓN POR VÍA MARÍTIMA

Abstract

[ES] En los últimos años se ha acrecentado el problema migratorio tras los conflictos surgidos en Oriente Medio, lo cual ha puesto en serias dificultades a Europa. Por ello, en el presente trabajo, se analizará cuáles han sido las políticas migratorias que se han llevado a cabo para dar solución a este problema, aunque me centraré principalmente en ver cómo se controla el fenómeno migratorio por vía marítima, en concreto, en el escenario del mediterráneo, un escenario del que veremos también cuáles son sus principales rutas clandestinas. También se hará mención al resto de flujos migratorios que hay por todo el mundo y los desafíos a los que se enfrenta Europa para conseguir hallar una solución.

[EN]In recent years, the migratory problem has worsened after the conflicts in the Middle East, which has put Europe in serious trouble. Therefore, in this paper, it will be analyzed the migratory policies that have been carried out to solve this problem. I will focus mainly on how the migratory phenomenon is controlled in the sea, in particular in the scenery of the Mediterranean, a scenary of which we will also see what are its main clandestine routes. It will also be mentioned the rest of world’s migratory flows and the challenges that Europe faces in finding a solution.
