LA CORRELACIÓN CAPITAL-TRABAJO EN LA NUEVA REFORMA LABORAL ESPAÑOLA

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo se fundamenta en la correlación capital-trabajo en la reforma laboral española, en este caso en cuestión vamos a analizar la reforma laboral de 2012 en comparación con la de 2010, para poder analizar las novedades introducidas por la actual reforma y poder responder a la respuesta de la correlación capital-trabajo a través de los conceptos de explotación y plusvalía. Se abordarán cinco capítulos en los que vienen establecidos los artículos y leyes a tener en cuenta. Esto permitirá una mejor visión en la relación que existe entre el empresario y el trabajador. A su vez, se analizarán las ventajas e inconvenientes con las que van a contar tanto los empresarios como los trabajadores y las distintas soluciones al respecto para la consecución de una mejoría en relación a la situación económica actual, en la que la crisis ha sido la principal culpable.

[EN] The work is based on the capital-labor correlation in the Spanish labor reform, in this case in question we are going to analyze the labor reform in 2012 compared to 2010, to be able to analyze the news introduced by the current reform and be able can reply the answer. Of the capital-labor correlation through the concepts of exploitation and surplus value. Five chapters will be discuss in which the articles and laws to be taken into account are estabilished. It will allow a better vision to the relationship between employer and worker. At the same time, we will analyze the advantages and disadvantages with which both employers and workers will have different solutions in order to achieve an improvement in relation to the current economic situation, in which the crisis has been the main guilty.
