Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo de fin de Máster presenta el diseño de un Programa de intervención basado en la formación de las fortalezas Optimismo y Sentido del Humor, añadiendo además el ámbito de la Inteligencia Emocional. Este programa está dirigido al profesorado de Educación Primaria, cuyo objetivo es introducir conceptos específicos y dotar al profesorado de recursos necesarios para conseguir reducir los niveles de estrés, y con ello mejorar el bienestar.
El programa constará de diez sesiones de intervención, dos sesiones de evaluación, una pre-test y otra post-test y por último, dos sesiones de seguimiento que se desarrollarán una vez finalizada la intervención. El diseño de las sesiones está elaborado mediante sesiones teóricas y prácticas para aportar el mayor beneficio posible a los participantes del mismo.
[EN] The following project of the end of Masters presents the design of an intervention Programme based on the formation of the strength of Optimism and Sense of Humor, as well as the Emotional Intelligence. This programme is directed to primary school teachers, whose objective is to introduce specific concepts and to give the teachers the resources needed to reduce stress levels, and with that gain a better health. The programme holds a total of ten intervention sessions; two evaluation sessions, a pre-test and a post-test and for the end, two follow up sessions which will unravell once the intevention is over. The design of the sessions are created with theory and practical sessions to allow as much benefit as possible to all the participants.
