Resumen
(ES) Este trabajo, tiene como objetivo principal revisar y resumir de una forma organizada y sistematizada los
principales resultados encontrados en los últimos años sobre la relación entre el liderazgo y el bienestar en
el trabajo. Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática teniendo en cuenta las aportaciones PRISMA. Las
bases de datos utilizadas fueron Web of science, Pubmed y PsycArticles. Se seleccionaron 10 artículos
relevantes sobre la temática. Los principales resultados, establecen una relación significativa entre liderazgo
y bienestar de los empleados. Entre las características de liderazgo que más repercuten en el bienestar de los
empleados se halló: capacidad de escucha por parte del líder, compromiso con el bienestar y conductas de
empoderamiento. En cuanto, a los estilos de liderazgo, se destacó el liderazgo transformacional asociado a
una mejora del bienestar por parte de los empleados. Es importante, seguir investigando sobre esta relación
y formar a los líderes de las organizaciones.
(EN) The main objective of this paper is to review and summarize in an organized and systematized way the main results found in recent years on the relationship between leadership and well-being at work. A systematic literature review was carried out taking into account the PRISMA contributions. The databases used were Web of science, Pubmed and PsycArticles. Ten relevant articles on the subject were selected. The main results establish a significant relationship between leadership and employee well-being. Among the leadership characteristics that have the greatest impact on employee well-being, the following were found: the leader's ability to listen, commitment to well-being and empowerment behaviors. In terms of leadership styles, transformational leadership was found to be associated with improved employee well-being. It is important to continue researching this relationship and to train organizational leaders.
