Resumen
[ES] Hoy en día internet se ha convertido en la gran calle por la que pasa todo el mundo a la vez, que el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC) han supuesto una revolución desde su aparición a finales de la década de los 90’. De esta forma, el comercio electrónico ha aumentado considerablemente desde estas fechas, tanto por parte de consumidores como empresas aunque, se espera un mayor crecimiento en los próximos años.
Así el objetivo de este trabajo se basará en el estudio de algunos aspectos de la usabilidad web (calidad de las páginas) respecto a las empresas del sector cooperativo oleícola centrándonos, en aquellas constituidas bajo la figura jurídica de cooperativas.
Los resultados de este estudio ponen de manifiesto que no todas las empresas poseen página web y que aquellas que las poseen, carecen de unas adecuadas usabilidad o calidad web.
[EN] Internet is like a big street where everyone goes at the same time that the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) has been revolutionized since its appearance at the end of the decade of the 90´s. Thus, E-commerce has greatly increased since this time both by consumers and businesses. Despite that increase, it is expected to be higher in the coming years. The purpose of this test is based on the study of some aspects of web usability for companies focusing on olive cooperative sector in those incorporated under the legal form of cooperatives. The results of this test show that not all the companies have their own Web page and those which have one, do not have an adequate web usability or quality.
