Tendencias y aplicaciones actuales del sistema de organización y dirección de la empresa "Frutomar"

Abstract

[ES]En el trabajo hemos examinado la actividad desarrollada por la empresa "Congelados Frutomar". Para examinar esta organización hemos explicado de dónde surge la actual empresa, se ha analizado la organización y dirección de la empresa en los parámetros más influyentes para la misma además de la planificación, control y coordinación . El trabajo se ha realizado observando el modo de trabajar en la empresa y relacionándolo con la teoría encontrando algunas deficiencias de cara al futuro el cual era el objetivo de la investigación, ayudar a esta empresa a no repetir errores anteriores .

[EN]At work we have examined the activity of the company "Congelados Frutomar" . To examine this organization where we explained the current company emerges, we analyzed the organization and direction of the company in the most influential parameters like the planni ng, control and coordination. The work was carried out by observing the way to work in the company and relating it to the theory by find ing sorne deficiencies in the future which was the target of the investigation , help th is company to not repeat past m istakes.
