[ES] El presente trabajo de fin de grado trata sobre el derecho de sociedades públicas y semipúblicas. He decidido desarrollar este tema por la gran repercusión del derecho de sociedades, con el fin de dar un poco de luz al tema objeto de nuestro específico estudio y aclarar cómo funcionan este tipo de sociedades. Más concretamente nos hemos centrado en nuestro trabajo en las diferencias entre las sociedades públicas y las privadas, los diferentes grados que puede tener en relación a su propiedad y gestión, visto todo ello tanto desde la perspectiva del sector público como del privado. Por último nos centraremos en las peculiaridades esenciales que presentan las sociedades de participación pública.
