PROPUESTA DE PROGRAMA PARA LA MEJORA EN LENGUAJE PARA NIÑOS Y NIÑAS CON SÍNDROME DE DOWN

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un programa para mejorar el lenguaje expresivo y receptivo en los niños y niñas con síndrome de Down. Se llevará a cabo con 8 niños y niñas pertenecientes al segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil y del centro educativo Cándido Nogales. El alumnado se dividirá al azar, formando la mitad el grupo experimental y la otra mitad el grupo control en lista de espera, que podrá beneficiarse posteriormente. De este modo, se podrá comparar el desarrollo lingüístico de ambos grupos y comprobar la eficacia del programa. El programa se basa en trabajar la comunicación del alumnado con síndrome de Down a través del cuento de Caperucita Roja. Para evaluar el nivel lingüístico se empleará la batería de desarrollo Battelle, tanto antes como después de la puesta en práctica del programa.

[EN] The aim of this work is to propose a program to improve the expressive and receptive language in the boys and girls with Down's syndrome. It will be carried out by 8 boys and girls belonging to the second cycle of Infant Education and of the educational center Cándido Nogales. The student body will divide at random, forming the half of the experimental group and another half the control group in waiting-list, which one will be able to benefit later. Thus, it will be possible compare the linguistic development of both groups and verify the efficiency of the program. The program is based on how the communication of the students work with Down's syndrome across Caperucita Roja's story. To evaluate the linguistic level there will be used the battery of development Battelle, so much before like after the putting in practice.
