Abstract

En este trabajo trataremos, como expone el título, de la optimización de recursos en la empresa, para ello se ha hecho una investigación interna de una empresa, el caso de estudio ha sido Heineken España, tanto a nivel nacional como a nivel local, ya que Jaén dispone de una fábrica productiva, en la cual, actualmente se está instalando una planta de biomasa pionera en España, que permitirá generar energía 100% renovable para elaborar cerveza, lo que supondrá un gran ahorro, mayor eficacia y eficiencia, y en definitiva, la optimización de sus recursos. Todo esto mediante inversiones e innovaciones continuas realizadas por Heineken. La empresa quiere alcanzar un entorno sostenible para el medio ambiente y el bienestar social.
