Comunicar-te ayuda: programa de prevención del Phubbing en adolescentes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de Fin de Master (TFM) trata de prevenir en los adolescentes de secundaria obligatoria el phubbing, es decir, las acciones que ellos utilizan para comunicarse. Los adolescentes de hoy día no suelen establecer comunicación con los demás prefieren estar utilizando su teléfono móvil y chateando con otras personas pero a través de las aplicaciones en vez de hacerlo junto a la otra persona y cara a cara. Esto es normal y es un hecho habitual entre la mayoría de los adolescentes lo que les lleva a no entablar conversaciones con los demás y a preferir no escuchar a otros ni ser escuchados. Este fenómeno ocasiona que los adolescentes a menudo se aíslen y no sepan afrontar ciertas situaciones y problemas que les surgen en su vida, además de afectar en sus habilidades sociales, es por ello que se realiza un programa para afrontar este fenómeno que ésta ocurriendo en las aulas.

The present Master's Thesis (TFM) tries to prevent phubbing in adolescents of compulsory secondary school, that is, the actions they use to communicate. Teenagers today do not usually establish communication with others prefer to be using their mobile phone and chatting with other people but through applications instead of doing it with the other person and face to face. This is normal and is a common occurrence among most adolescents which leads them not to engage in conversations with others and to prefer not to listen to others or be heard. This phenomenon causes adolescents to often isolate themselves and do not know how to face certain situations and problems that arise in their lives, in addition to affecting their social skills, which is why a program is carried out to deal with this phenomenon that is occurring in the classroom.
