DIFERENCIAS LABORALES DE GENERO EN EUROPA Y ESPAÑA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo de investigación expone la necesidad de estudiar con perspectiva de género. Llevaremos a cabo una investigación tanto a nivel europeo como a nivel estatal por comunidades autónomas puesto que la problemática no es algo que ocurra solo en España, centrado en diferentes ámbitos. Se expondrá el perfil de la mujer como colectivo discriminatorio puesto que se produce según el desempleo, empleo, edad, nivel de formación, tipo de contrato, tipos de jornadas, ocupaciones, y con ello se determina las diferencias salariales con respecto al hombre. Además pretendemos dar respuesta a esta problemática, es decir, encontrar las posibles causas por las que se produce y las consecuencias de esta situación. Visualizar esta situación es necesario para alcanzar la igualdad que se debe de producir en todos los ámbitos entre el hombre y la mujer y acabar con esta diferencias que se han establecido.

[EN] The present project exposes the need to study with a gender perspective. The investigation will be carried out both at a European level and at a state level by autonomous communities since the problem is not something that occurs only in Spain, focused on different areas. The profile of women as a discriminatory group will be exposed according to unemployment, employment, age, level of education, type of contract, types of workdays, occupations, and with this the wage differences that occurs between both genders. It is also indented to respond to this problem and to find the possible causes by which it occurs and the consequences of this situation. In order to visualize this situation is necessary to achieve the equality that must occur in all areas between men and women and try to reduce them.
