Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo desarrolla la regulación de la Adopción Internacional en España. Su objetivo principal es analizar la nueva regulación de esta figura y su relación con los distintos convenios internacionales que son de relevancia aclarando las diferencias en cuanto al procedimiento que hay que llevar a cabo tanto en los países que han firmado el Convenio de La Haya como con aquellos que no lo han hecho. Por último, se expondrán los requisitos subjetivos necesarios en relación a los tres protagonistas del triángulo adoptivo: el adoptado, la familia de origen y la familia adoptiva.
[EN] This paperwork develops the regulation of international adoption in Spain being its purpose analysing the new regulation of this figure and its relationship with the different international agreements that are relevant clarifying the differences of procedure that must be carried out between the countries that have signed the Hague Conference as much as those that haven´t signed it. Finally, it will be explained the necessary subjective requirements in relation to the three protagonists of the adoptive triangle: the adopted, the family of origin and the adoptive family.
