DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA PRESUPUESTARIO, ASESORÍA Y GESTIÓN DÍAZ, S.L.

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de investigación de este trabajo fin de grado consiste en el diseño de un sistema presupuestario, concretamente, de una asesoría ubicada en Jaén capital llamada “Asesoría y Gestión Díaz S.L”. Se dará a conocer la empresa en cuestión y se describirá el sector de las asesorías a través de un análisis evolutivo de éstas. Además se establecerá una comparativa entre las asesorías tradicionales y las low-cost con sus respectivas características. Nos adentraremos en los diversos presupuestos operativos, financieros y finalmente concluiremos nuestros resultados en una síntesis que será de utilidad para conocer y mantener un control financiero dentro de la organización. También se expondrán numerosos ratios previsionales que permitirán tener una idea de la optimización de los recursos con los que cuenta y su solvencia. Finalmente se sacarán unas conclusiones y recomendaciones por parte del autor a través del estudio realizado.
