Prototipo de Sistema de Acceso a Información Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía con Técnicas de PLN

Abstract

Las instituciones de la comunidad autónoma de Andalucía son prolijas en la publicación de documentos de carácter oficial, siendo los más representativos el Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía y el diario de sesiones del Parlamento de Andalucía. Dichos documentos tienen contenido de interés para los ciudadanos, pero suelen ser densos y de un número elevado de páginas con información no estructurada. Por tanto, se considera imprescindible contar con sistemas que faciliten el acceso a dicha información, y además, que el acceso se pueda realizar en lenguaje natural. Asimismo, el prototipo, al ser un sistema de acceso a la información, debe ofrecer el resultado de una forma concisa con el fin de satisfacer la necesidad de información del usuario sin que este tenga que acceder a los documentos.

The institutions of the autonomous community of Andalusia are prolific in publishing official documents, the most representative being the Official Gazette of the Andalusian Government and the minutes of the sessions of the Parliament of Andalusia. These documents have content of interest to citizens, but they tend to be dense and have a high number of pages with unstructured information. Therefore, it is considered essential to have systems that facilitate access to this information, and also that access can be done in natural language. Likewise, the prototype, being an information access system, must offer the result in a concise way in order to satisfy the user's need for information without the user having to access the documents.
