[EN]Introduction: Myasthenia Gravis is a chronic, neuromuscular and autoimmune disease which affects the postsynaptic membrane of the neuromuscular junction. It causes fatigue and muscle weakness. There is an inverse relationship between disease severity and quality of life. The ‘MG – QoL 15 Questionnaire’ is an instrument which measures the quality of life in patients with Myasthenia Gravis. It has been adapted and validated in different countries, but not in Spain. Objective: To perform the cross-cultural adaptation and validation of the MG - QoL 15 questionnaire in the Spanish population. Methods: We will carry out a translation, cross-cultural adaptation and validation of the MG – QoL 15 Questionnaire for the Spanish population. Our study population are people diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis in Andalusia, aged between 18 and 75 years old with a severity of the disease between grades I and IV according to the Clinical Classification of the MGFA. The study will be performed in two phases by a multidisciplinary team over a period of 18 months. At the first stage, we will carry out a translation and back translation to achieve an adapted instrument. At the second stage, we will analyze the psychometric properties of the questionnaire and the variables of the study. Códigos UNESCO Descriptor
