The objetive was to find out if greater levels of vigor were associated with a better mental health. The results points out that physical strength, one of the three facets of vigor, is strongly and directly related to mental health, whereas the other two facets can’t explain variations in the students’ 4 mental health. Future studies should keep on delving into the effects of vigor in mental health inside the academic field.
