Resumen
El objetivo principal de este trabajo de fin de grado, es el estudio del sistema de suspensión de un Mini Cooper S R56 y mejora del brazo inferior para dotar al vehículo de mayor dinamismo así como un mejor paso por curva.
Con este propósito, se ha diseñado un brazo inferior con estructura tubular para poder aumentar el ancho de vías de este vehículo, así como una comparación con el modulo de elementos finitos del brazo serie y el brazo con Nuevo diseño. Finalmente se ha diseñado en CAD todas las piezas de mayor importancia que conforman el Sistema de suspensión, y se ha ensamblado el conjunto para obtener una vista general del mismo.
The main objective of this final degree project is the study of the suspension system of a Mini Cooper S R56 and improvement of the lower arm to provide the vehicle with greater dynamism as well as better cornering. For this purpose, a lower arm with a tubular structure has been designed in order to increase the track width of this vehicle, as well as a comparison with the finite element module of the series arm and the arm with a new design.
