EL TRABAJO SOCIAL COMO INSTRUMENTO DE CONTROL SOCIAL: LAS PROBLEMÁTICAS EN TORNO A LA EJECUCIÓN DE LA PENA DE TRABAJOS EN BENEFICIO DE LA COMUNIDAD

Abstract

En este trabajo se pretende mostrar las modificaciones que se han producido en los Trabajos en Beneficio de la Comunidad desde su entrada en vigor del artículo 49 bajo Ley Orgánica 10/1995 hasta llegar a la actual Ley Orgánica 5/2010, la cual ha sido ampliada por el presente Real Decreto 840/2011. Estas modificaciones han dado lugar a distintas problemáticas en los Trabajos en Beneficio de la Comunidad que hoy en día siguen sucediendo, no sólo continúan sucediendo algunas de las problemáticas desde su entrada en vigor, sino que, tras varias reformas, se han introducido nuevas problemáticas que afectan directamente a los objetivos que pretende conseguir la pena.In this work, they are shown the modifications that have produced in the Works In benefit of the Community since the entry into force of Article 49 under Organic Law 10/1995 until reaching the current Organic Law 5/2010, which has been extended by this Royal Decree 840/2011.
