La Corte Penal Internacional.

Abstract

La Corte Penal Internacional es un tribunal permanente, encargado de participar en la lucha internacional contra la impunidad de las personas acusadas de los crímenes más graves que afectan a toda la comunidad internacional. Su objetivo es buscar a los responsables de sus crímenes y de cooperar para que estos crímenes no se puedan cometer otra vez. Este trabajo de investiga describe como el tratado internacional, denominado Estatuto de Roma, le otorga a la Corte Penal Internacional unas facultades competenciales y el desarrollo de activación en su ámbito competencial. The International Criminal Court is a permanent court that participates in the international fight against impunity for people accused of the most serious crimes that affect the entire international community. Its objective is to find those responsible for these crimes and to cooperate so that these crimes cannot be committed again. This research work describes how the international treaty, called the Rome Statute, gives the International Criminal Court of Justice competency skills and the development of its activation within its competence.
