Resumen
Este trabajo se centra en la reducción del abandono escolar en el alumnado de la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en un centro educativo de Jódar, con serios problemas de abandono escolar causados en parte, por los casos de acoso y violencia escolar y, por otro lado, por la facilidad de los ingresos económicos alcanzados a través del trabajo en el campo. La Acción Tutorial se enfoca en ofrecer orientación sobre la educación emocional a los tutores para que posteriormente la implementen con el alumnado. La Orientación Académica y Profesional brinda oportunidades laborales y ayuda a los estudiantes a tomar decisiones positivas sobre su futuro. La Atención a la Diversidad se centra en la inclusión, la adaptación educativa y la prestación de apoyo adicional para prevenir el acoso escolar. Estas estrategias están dirigidas a retener a los estudiantes, reducir la deserción y aumentar las posibilidades de éxito académico y profesional de todos.
This work focuses on reducing school dropout among students in Compulsory Secondary Education in an educational center in Jódar, which faces serious issues of dropout caused, in part, by cases of school bullying and violence, as well as the easy economic income obtained through field work. The Tutorial Action aims to provide guidance on emotional education to tutors, who will then implement it with the students. Academic and Career Guidance offers job opportunities and assists students in making positive decisions about their future. Diversity Attention focuses on inclusion, educational adaptation, and providing additional support to prevent school bullying. These strategies aim to retain students, reduce dropout rates, and increase the chances of academic and professional success for all.
