Abstract

[ES] El presente Dictamen Jurídico trata de resolver la controversia jurídica existente sobre la obligación de la Administración de resarcir de forma íntegra las lesiones y daños ocasionados a un funcionario público miembro del Cuerpo de la Guardia Civil, durante el transcurso de una actuación policial cuando el tercero condenado a resarcir los mismos en concepto de responsabilidad civil por sentencia penal, es declarado insolvente.[EN] This Legal Opinion seeks to resolve the existing legal dispute over the Administration's obligation to fully compensate the injuries and damages caused to a public official member of the Civil Guard Corps, during the course of a police action when the third party is convicted to compensate them for civil liability by criminal sentence, is declared insolvent.
