DERECHO INTERNACIONAL PÚBLICO: LA CRISIS DE LOS REFUGIADOS.

Abstract

[ES] En la actualidad el tema de los refugiados tiene una gran repercusión, ya que cada día son más las personas que huyen de sus países para buscar protección en otro país. La crisis de los refugiados ha pasado a convertirse en un gran problema para la Unión Europea. Por ello, en este trabajo se realiza un análisis crítico de la política adoptada por la UE en relación con los refugiados, también del régimen jurídico de los refugiados internacionalmente y de la actual situación de esta crisis.

[EN] At present the topic of the refugees has a great repercussion, every day there are more the persons who flee of his countries to look for protection in another country. The crisis of the refugees has happened to turn into a great problem for the European Union. This work presents a critical analysis of the policy adopted in the EU in relation with the refugees, also presents the juridical regime of the refugees internationally and the current situation of this crisis.
