The fact that they have a communicative impediment provokes an invisibility of their necessities. It is pretended to highlight the importance of the work career of this group of people and the social inclusion through offering the same opportunities. The analysis of statistic information about activity indices, occupation and unemployment collected from INE, are going to be useful to know about the work situation of disabled people in comparison to people who are not. The role of Social Work and the attention provided from the employment guidance service will be crucial for the promotion of the socio-labour insertion of the person with hearing disability.
