El aparato locomotor. Organización y relaciones funcionales entre huesos y músculos. Prevención de lesiones.

Abstract

[ES] El principal objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Máster es guiar a los alumnos hacia un aprendizaje significativo de su aparato locomotor, pudiendo aplicarlo en su vida diaria, tanto a nivel cultural como de conocimiento del propio cuerpo y la prevención de lesiones. Para ello, este trabajo Fin de Máster plantea la docencia del aparato locomotor perteneciente al contenido del curso de 3o de E.S.O en la asignatura Biología y Geología, en consonancia con lo establecido en la legalidad vigente, tanto a nivel nacional como autonómico. Está compuesto de dos apartados, una fundamentación epistemológica, que contiene una actualización de los conocimientos y didáctica del tema “El aparato locomotor”, para continuar con su proyección didáctica, donde se incluyen los elementos de una programación y el desarrollo de una unidad didáctica que asegure la adquisición de los contenidos y competencias trabajadas.

[EN] The main objective of this Master's Thesis is to guide students towards a meaningful learning of their locomotor system, being able to apply it in their daily life, both culturally and in terms of knowledge of their own body and the prevention of injuries. To do this, this Master's Thesis work proposes the teaching of the locomotor system belonging to the content of the 3rd year of E.S.O. in the subject Biology and Geology, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, both at the national and regional levels. It is composed of two sections, an epistemological foundation, which contains an update of the knowledge and didactics of the topic "The Musculoskeletal system", to continue with its didactic projection, which includes the elements of a program and the development of a didactic unit that ensure the acquisition of the contents and skills worked on.
