Resumen
[ES] En la actualidad, el turismo es uno de los sectores más importantes en la economía de nuestro país, consecuencia de ello ha sido la cantidad de tipologías de turismo que han ido surgiendo en los últimos años.
La provincia de Jaén cuenta con el bosque artificial más grande del mundo, siendo la mayor productora de aceite del mismo. Jaén apuesta de manera firme por el oleoturismo, una manera práctica para difundir el conocimiento y trasmitir la cultura del aceite de oliva.
En este trabajo de fin de grado se va a realizar un estudio de porqué surgió esta tipología de turismo, los factores del entorno que afectan de manera general y específica a este sector, qué tipo de productos turísticos se le puede ofrecer al cliente, y cómo poder venderlos, basándonos en un estudio de caso, como es la almazara Picualia.
[EN] Nowadays, tourism is one of the most important sectors in our country economy, and that is the reason why a great variety of typologies have arisen in the last years. The province of Jaen has the largest artificial forest in the world, and at the same time, it is the most olive oil producer. Jaen bets on the oil tourism, as it is considered a practical way to spread knowledge and transmit the olive oil culture. In this final degree project, a study will be realized presenting why the above-mentioned typology, oil tourism, emerged, the environmental factors affecting in a more general and specific manner in this sector, the type of products that may be proposed to the client, and lastly but not least, how to sell these products basing us on a study, in this case taking into account the olive press Picualia.
