Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio es determinar el nivel de condición física en alumnos/as de segundo
ciclo de Educación Infantil y generar una aplicación práctica de mejora a lo largo del curso escolar.
Se seleccionaron a 20 alumnos/as de 4 años de edad. Se evaluó su condición física y coordinación.
Ante los resultados obtenidos, se genera un proyecto sobre unas olimpiadas, donde por medio del
movimiento contribuya al desarrollo de la motricidad mejorando así su condición física y
fomentando hábitos saludables. Se propone un modo de llevarlo a cabo, actividades, ejemplos y
orientaciones metodológicas. Por último, se concluye interesante la necesidad de este tipo de
iniciativas para el incremento de la condición física en estos alumnos.
The aim of this study is to determine the physical condition in second year of infant education children and generate practical improvements thoughout the school year. The survey was conducted among 4-year-old children where their fitness shape and coordination were evaluated. Once I have got the results a proyect about Olympic games is carried out in which though the movement students´ motor skills are developed as well as their physical shape and the promotion healthy habits. These Olympic games are bases on activities, examples and methodological orientations. Finally, the need for such initiatives to increase physical fitnees in this population is concluded.
