Análisis de hábitos saludables en Primaria

Abstract

(ES) La investigación aquí presente tiene como principal objetivo analizar los hábitos saludables que poseen los alumnos de 5º y 6º de Educación Primaria del C.E.I.P. Ntra. Sra. De La Encarnación. Esto se ha conseguido gracias a la realización de un formulario anónimo por parte de los alumnos, vía Google Forms. A partir de ahí, se han expuesto los resultados, donde posteriormente, se ha desarrollado un análisis de los mismos, llegando a la conclusión de que el alumnado posee unos buenos hábitos saludables.

(EN) The main objective of the research present here is to analyze the healthy habits that the students of 5th and 6th grade of Primary Education of the C.E.I.P. Ntra. Sra. De La Encarnación. This has been achieved thanks to the completion of an anonymous form by the students, via Google Forms. From there, the results have been exposed, where subsequently, an analysis of them has been developed, reaching the conclusion that the students have good healthy habits.
