PROPUESTA DE APLICACIÓN DE GRI-G4 EN SOFTWARE DEL SOL S.A

Abstract

[ES]A partir de la crisis económica, muchas empresas decidieron llevar a cabo nuevas formas de gestión para garantizar una mejor posición competitiva frente al resto de empresas, esto llevo a que muchas de ellas decidieran implementar en su sistema de gestión la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE). Desde entonces la RSE ha tomado especial importancia en el ámbito empresarial, convirtiéndose en una fuente de diferenciación y reconocimiento por parte de muchos grupos de interés como son clientes, inversores, trabajadores, etc. En este Trabajo Fin de Máster se hace una breve conceptualización de RSE, estableciendo los beneficios y costes que esto puede conllevar a la empresa. Además se va a llevar a cabo una propuesta de implementación real de una Memoria de Sostenibilidad en Software del Sol S.A marcada por los criterios establecidos por Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Se finalizará con un detalle específico de todos los indicadores propuestos para dicha empresa, y una breve mención sobre el proceso seguido para su aplicación en el contexto empresarial

[EN]From the economic crisis, many companies decided to carry out new forms of management to ensure a better competitive position compared to the rest of the company, this led to many of them decided to implement in their management system Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Since then CSR has taken special importance in the business world, becoming a source of differentiation and recognition by many stakeholders such as customers, investors, workers, etc. In this Final Master's Project, a brief conceptualization of CSR is made, establishing the benefits and costs that this can entail for the company. In addition, a proposal for the real implementation of a Sustainability Report will be carried out in Software del Sol S.A marked by the criteria established by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It will be finalized with a specific detail of all the indicators proposed for said company, and a brief mention of the process followed for its application in the business context
