Resumen
Durante el trabajo, vamos a realizar un análisis sobre las empresas familiares dedicadas al sector del aceite de oliva y las formas de internacionalizarse. Para ello, primeramente vamos a centrarnos en conocer la empresa familiar (definición, características, ventajas e inconvenientes, etc.). Posteriormente, conoceremos el sector del aceite de oliva y las formas de internacionalizar el aceite tanto a nivel español como a nivel mundial, centrándonos en la provincia de Jaén. Por último estudiaremos una empresa familiar oleícola, Olior Porcuna S.A. con el objetivo de conocer a la propia empresa así como su actuación a nivel internacional.
During the work, we are going to perform an analysis of family businesses dedicated to olive oil sector and ways to internationalize. To do this, first we will focus on knowing the family business (definition, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, etc.) Later, we will visit the olive oil sector and ways to internationalize olive oil both Spanish and globally levels, focusing on Jaén region. Finally, we will study a family business working in olive oil, Olior Porcuna Inc., in order to know the company itself and its activity worldwide as well.
