Resumen
[ES]En este trabajo nos centraremos en analizar la empresa de telecomunicaciones española Telefónica de España S.A desde el punto de vista de la dirección estratégica.
Explicaremos en primer lugar el origen y la evolución de la compañía en sus más de noventa años de historia, así como una breve presentación o descripción de la empresa destacando la misión y visión de la compañía, los productos y servicios que oferta, así como las marcas comerciales que utiliza en los países en los que opera.
A continuación, comenzaremos el análisis estratégico de la empresa el cual se estructura a partir de un análisis del entorno general, del sector en el que se encuentra la empresa, del entorno competitivo y un análisis interno de la misma. También se hará referencia al proceso de internacionalización llevado a cabo por la empresa así como la responsabilidad social corporativa que practica.
[EN]In this work we will focus on analyzing the Spanish telecommunications company Telefónica de España S.A from the point of view of strategic direction. We will first explain the origin and evolution of the company in its more than ninety years of history, as well as a brief presentation or description of the company highlighting the mission and vision of the company, the products and services they offer, as well as the trademarks used in the countries in which it operates. Next, we will begin the strategic analysis of the company which is structured based on an analysis of the general environment, the sector in which the company is located, the competitive environment and an internal analysis of the same. It will also refer to the internationalization process carried out by the company as well as the corporate social responsibility that it practices.
