LA CONFORMIDAD DEL ACUSADO EN EL PROCESO PENAL

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo tiene como fin el estudio de la figura de la conformidad prestada por el acusado en el proceso penal. En lo referente a su estudio, mencionaremos los rasgos más característicos de la misma, así como los momentos donde el acusado puede prestarla en los diferentes procedimientos, terminando por ver la actualidad jurídica que rodea a esta práctica Institución. Este trabajo se encuadra dentro del área de Derecho Procesal, del Grado en Derecho de la Universidad de Jaén.

[EN] This work aims to study the figure of conformity, more specifically compliance provided by the defendant in criminal proceedings. Regarding the study mention the most characteristic features of conformity and the moments where the accused may give its agreement in the different procedures , ending with the current legal view surrounding this figure. This work falls within the area of Procedural Law , the Law Degree from the University of Jaen.
