Abstract

Las telecomunicaciones y las tecnologías son una herramienta vital hoy en día, nos han facilitado la vida cotidiana permitiéndonos el contacto con personas de la sociedad. La facilidad para intercambiar la información es importante tanto para los particulares como para las empresas que tienen el objetivo de ampliar sus mercados. Las telecomunicaciones permiten a las empresas comunicarse de manera efectiva y resulta un elemento clave en un trabajo en equipo porque los trabajadores colaboran fácilmente desde cualquier lugar. En este trabajo se analiza el servicio universal de telecomunicaciones de una manera amplia, tomando de referencia la normativa reguladora, el ámbito de las telecomunicaciones, los sujetos que intervienen en éste y en particular que derechos asisten a los usuarios finales para poder realizar la reclamación correspondiente. Telecommunications and technology are a vital tool today, they have facilitated our daily life, allowing us to contact people in society. The ease of exchanging information is important for both individuals and companies that aim to expand their markets. Telecommunications allow companies to communicate effectively and is a key element in teamwork because workers collaborate easily from anywhere. In this work, the universal service of telecommunications is analyzed in a broad way, taking as reference the regulatory regulations, the field of telecommunications, the subjects that intervene in it and in particular what rights assist users final to make the corresponding claim.
