Resumen
[ES] El actual mercado laboral compone un escenario de constantes
transformaciones, las organizaciones de trabajo padecen la
intensificación de la competencia y la función de recursos
humanos será indispensable de cara a los futuros retos que se
plantean en torno al capital humano. El presente estudio pretende
abordar algunas de las nuevas técnicas de gestión del talento
desde un enfoque integrador, incluyendo las aportaciones del
marketing experiencial y de la psicología organizacional a la
dirección estratégica de recursos humanos, creando una
perspectiva holística en relación a los procesos de atracción y
retención del talento en la empresa.
[EN] The actual working market is a scene made up of constant changes, work organizations lack the intensification of their rivals and the human resources fuction will be vitally needed to upfront future challenges that are being brought up around the human capital. This study aims to address some of the new techniques in talent management from a integrating focus, including contributions from experiential marketing and from organizational psychology for strategic management from human resources, creating a holistic perspective concerning the proceedings of attracting and keeping talent in the company.
