Adolescence is a stage in which many risk behaviors associated with greater inefficiency in the thinking strategies and metacognitive skills often appear. In this context it is very important to learn to make good decisions. This project has the following aims: to develop skills for a good decision‐making in the students, to promote their self‐awareness, and to improve their self‐concept and reduce their anxiety and other possible emotional problems that are common in these students. Therefore, it is proposed to work indirectly decision‐making from the emotional regulation perspective, the self‐esteem and the self‐concept. Additionally, we expected to improve the communication with the family, as a program which directly involves the family in the intervention process.
