[EN] In this work, has been carried out a bibliographical research regarding its synthesis and characterization. For its manufacture are: copper, lime and silica. Severa! syntheses varying the initial reagents, as well as the experimental conditions, reaction time and temperature have been performed. The obtained products werE hen analyzed by reflectance spectroscopy and colorimetry, X-ray fluorescence and Raman spectroscopy. The techniques used are non-destructive, something essential when we working in the world of art. lt has been found that, to obtain good results, the temperature has to reach 875ºC with a reaction time of 16 h, having to raise the temperature to 950º C so that, from very short reaction times, such as 4 h, the synthesis of the Egyptian blue start. lncreasing the reaction time at this temperature leads to better results in sorne cases, like when it is in this last temperature when, the sample has 1:0,5:6 molar ratio of copper, calcium and silica.
