Resumen
En el presente trabajo fin de master, se trata la importancia que tienen la alimentación y la nutrición en el estado de
salud, poniendo sobre todo el foco en los adolescentes. Los contenidos que se van a desarrollar en este trabajo son
tratados en 3o de la ESO, en la asignatura de biología y geología, y están relacionados con los nutrientes, el aparato
digestivo, los hábitos alimenticios saludables y los trastornos de la conducta alimentaria (TCA).
En primer lugar, se ha realizado un análisis del marco teórico de los contenidos, describiendo los antecedentes
históricos. En la búsqueda se ha puesto de manifiesto que estos contenidos son de especial relevancia para los
adolescentes.
Con la propuesta didáctica, se pretende que los alumnos adquirieran una serie de competencias clave y objetivos,
para que comprendan que existe una relación entre los hábitos alimenticios saludables y los trastornos de la
conducta alimentaria.
