Resumen
[ES]EL trabajo fin de grado consta primero de realizar un plan de empresa
sobre un hostal juvenil que se Iocalizará en el casco antiguo de Jaén. El
siguiente paso ha sido realizar unos análisis económicos, financieros y
estadísticos para poder estudiar si la idea tiene futuro y lo más
importante si producirá beneficios. Se ha recogido una muestra de 60
personas a las que se les realizó un cuestionario con preguntas que
estaban relacionadas con las características más relevantes que podía
tener el hostal, tras analizar dichas variables se ha elegido la
estructuración del hostal de acuerdo a las contestaciones de los
encuestados. He estudiado la representatividad de la muestra, y
posteriormente he realizado un análisis económico y financiero para
poder ver si el hostal era rentable y especificar con detalle sus costes,
precios, gastos, pagos, etc.
